Strategy First

Selling a luxury motor yacht should feel as remarkable as owning one. Our signature sale begins with a strategy session and onboard inspection. We will then prepare a tailor made preparation brief on how to get the vessel primed to go to market, and an evidence based market appraisal. Every decision is framed by one objective, achieving the premium result your vessel deserves, while keeping the experience effortless for you.

Dynamic Exposure

Professional 4K film and magazine grade photography captures the yacht’s essence, feeding high impact campaigns across major yacht listing portals, targeted social media, our global network and a curated database of high net worth buyers. Each enquiry is qualified before we host a private, onboard showing, a process that elevates scarcity and prestige through premium yacht marketing.

Effortless Closing

Offers are negotiated by our team to maximise sale price and favorable terms. Throughout sea trial, survey and settlement we manage every clause, document and expectation, holding funds in our trust account so contracts stay on course. Transparent reporting keeps you informed, all you need to plan is your next adventure.

Frequently asked questions

How do you calculate your commission?

Our commission is a simple, pre agreed percentage of the final vessel sale price, and is written into the listing agreement. No hidden marketing fees.

Time on market is affected by many contributing factors. These include in no particular order, style of vessel, condition of vessel, segment of the market, market conditions and pricing strategy. There is a significantly large range possible, but most sales land between 30 days and six months. With an aggressive, high level marketing campaign and strategic pricing, a premium result is realistic inside 60 days, without under selling the market.

Best practice is for the purchaser to conduct an out of water survey. In some cases, purchasers will proceed without conducting an out of water if the boat is near new, and may elect to put a diver on the bottom instead.

It’s the buyer’s responsibility to cover lift and hold fees, and professional costs such as surveyor, mechanic, oil analysis. The seller provides reasonable access to the boat, fuel for the sea trial, and a skipper (captain for larger yachts; owner or broker for smaller boats).

Absolutely, your broker will liaise with you prior to any inspections, and make arrangements that are suitable for all parties.

Registration certificate, service records, insurance policy and any import/tax documents. Providing these upfront speeds buyer due diligence and prevents last minute delays. It’s important to note that buyers love full service records, they’re proof the vessel has been well cared for.
