Bold Scandinavian lines, a glass wrapped wheelhouse, and a distinctive axe bow ensure the 2023 Saxdor 320 GTC demands attention wherever it roams. Yet this is no show pony. The vacuum infused, twin-stepped hull is designed for performance, and it certainly delivers.

Powered by a single 400 hp Mercury outboard, the 320 GTC provides a top speed of 38 knots and thanks to being specified with a single mercury 400, it offers reduced running costs due to lower fuel burn and maintenance. Trim tabs keep the boat well balanced, and a bow thruster ensures you can dock like a pro.

Step through the wide, single level companionway and the full beam cabin reveals its all season brief. Commuter, superyacht tender, or weekend explorer, the XO DFNDR 8 refuses to be boxed in. Forged from military grade aluminium and fitted with a fiberglass superstructure, it’s aggressive yet refined. The 23 degree deep-V slices through confused seas with the solidity of far larger craft, yet the hull tips the scales at barely 2 tonnes. Pair that with a single Mercury V8 300 hp, and you have effortless acceleration, and 36 knots on tap.

At the helm, shock mitigating seats, hydraulic power steering and Lenco trim tabs keep the drive civilised, while Simrad navigation and sounding ensures fingertip situational awareness. A 2kW bow thruster makes single handed docking feel almost unfair, and Fusion stereo fills the cabin with your favourite tracks.

The cabin is a weather tight cocoon for eight passengers and offers the convenience of an enclosed head and a drawer fridge for comfortable day trips.

Step forward and the bow reveals the DFNDR signature retractable anchoring system, that slips out of harm’s way for silky beach landings, then reemerges to “drop the pick” in your favourite anchorage.
